Tribal Style dance incorporates the use of cues and transitional movements and sequencing that allow the dancers to execute simple dance steps in unison, without the need for choreography. The class includes basic finger cymbal instruction that is great for beginners. This is a follow the leader type of format, and is truly a lot of fun. Uniting the tribal feminine in dance.
BELLYKIDS YOUTH DANCE

'INTRODUCING GIRLS TO SACRED FEMININE THROUGH THE POWER OF DANCE'

Introduction to belly dance movement, musicality, and improvisation. This class is for youth girls ages 5-10. No dance experience is necessary.  Basics of music and phrasing will be covered.
ORIENTAL MIXED BAG - L2+

ZILS, TURNS, TRAVELING STEPS, LAYERING, STRUCTURED IMPROVISATION, SHADOWING, RHYTHMS, COMPLEX STEPS'

Admittance in this class is for belly dancers with 2+ years experience. Intermediate knowledge in belly dance movement is a must, as well as previous experience playing zils.  If you would like in this class and are not sure if it's right for you, please contact the studio to discuss further.
