Most studios are going to give you a bunch of blabber to try and sell their Aerial Yoga classes, based on this trend or that trend, or whichever celebrity has been using aerial in their fitness training as of late.

We're here to change to general perspective on Aerial Yoga - at least the classes we offer Sacred Circle.

Every class is designed to ensure our students feel our warm and gentle Embrace. In fact, our classes are Sacred Circle Embrace Aerial and Embrace Yoga for a reason.

Our classes are designed on the therapeutic lineage of yoga, follow the teachings of T.K.V. Desikachar, and his knowledge of both Yoga and Ayurveda.

Our Embrace Aerial Yoga practice has been intellectually designed to broaden the knowledge of yoga, while you feel safety with the added support of the hammock. This support becomes your personal assistant, and encourages you to inner strength and trust outside of yourself. The result is amazing. You will find yourself in disbelief of the poses you can suddenly do, without worry of added stress on your wrists, knees, and ankles.

Here's what we can tell you about Aerial Yoga. First of all, it's going to involve some Yoga! We can go and tell you about a bunch of benefits that you can Google right of the old interweb....but you can research that yourself. After all, my stalking of other websites provided enough proof that there's an aweful lot of vanity, ego, and selfies paired with some useful copied and pasted Wikipedia information. So we're going to tell you a little bit about what makes the Sacred Circle Embrace programs so different.

We specialize in a style of yoga that listens to each person's body. We bring the pose to you, and we meet your body where it's at right now, with a strong emphasis on using props and honouring our strengths as well as limitations. Our instructors have been in the industry of movement, wellness, dance, and yoga for over 30 years, and we take a great deal of pride in the lessons learned, and the ongoing commitment to education.

The Sacred Circle Embrace Aerial Yoga practices are sequenced to release, strengthen, and repattern our areas of what feels like tension or weakness. The use of the hammock allows you to gradually apply pressure to the hands and wrists, to build up strength and promote agility in the hands. We build up to a peak pose, each week building on the week before, prior to introducing new techniques and more difficult asanas. Each class includes a delicious savasana at the end, which is the absolute cat's meow.

Aerial Yoga is for everybody. The Sacred Circle Embrace will always ensure you are safe, you are spotted, you are supported at every age, weight, gender, and level of ability.
